Quality

Eat meats and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, no sugar.

Stay away from refined carbohydrates like white and brown sugar, grains (cereal, bread, pasta, rice. crackers, cookies, cake), candy, corn syrups, and sweeteners.

Cut out dairy (cheese, milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, butter).

Eat healthy, mostly unsaturated fats: avocado, nuts and seeds, oilive oil, coconut oil, seed oils.

Keep consumption of starches like potatoes to a minimum.

Cut out artificial sweeteners, chemicals, and preservatives (phosphates, nitrates, nitrites, acids – anything that sounds like it was cooked up in a lab).
