CrossFit Sonoma County was the first Affiliate in Sonoma County. Having started in a back room at a local gymnastics facility, we now enjoy about 4,000 sq. ft. of space, filled with rings, ropes, pull-up bars, weights, sleds, tires, even a trampoline!
