Coming from a high school sports background, Sarah’s competitive nature fits in well with CrossFit’s prescription of intensity.
Having spent years with the old Globo Gym routine of cardio , abs, cardio, abs, Sarah found CrossFit in late 2007. “Fight Gone Bad” was her first workout. Getting up from the fetal position after 3 rounds was her second. Dozens of pulls-ups and a 270lb. deadlift later, Sarah went on to compete at the 2008 CrossFit Games and the 2009 CrossFit Nor Cal Qualifiers. |
