Our staff is heading to SoCal to watch and judge the 2010 CrossFit Games!
We will be closed today (Thurs) and tomorrow (Friday).
Bang out some Tabata Squats and Tuck-Ups at home, and tune your web browser to: live.crossfit.com for free live streaming coverage of the Games over the next 4 days, including multiple cameras, commentary, and interviews following the fittest athletes on Earth!
