It’s opening day here at CrossFit Sonoma County! Let’s get a few things straight:
This week is free. Come in, try us out, have some fun, and get a great workout.
Never CrossFitted before? That’s fine, we will give you a workout you can handle, and give you information regarding our upcoming Fundamentals Class. Get in here and get the info!
You do not need to wait for our Grand Opening this coming weekend before you start heading into the gym. We will have coaches ready and willing at all of the posted hours on our schedule. Click the link above!
