Push-Ups, Pull-Ups, Sit-Ups, Squats, Leg Lifts, Handstands, Rope CLimbs, Muscle-Ups – our gymnastics is based on learning proper mechanics for bodyweight movements, and mastering body control.
Olympic Weightlifting: Clean and Jerk, Snatch; Powerlifting: Squat, Press, Deadlift; Strongman: Farmers Carry, Atlas Stones, Yoke Walks – our weightlifting is centered around learning and using world champion form to lift everyday objects.
Medicine Ball Throws, Kettlebell Swings, Dumbbell Lifts, Sprinting, Rowing, Jumping – our varied exercises include skills and drills borrowed from the best athletes and the most athletic sports.
Individual goals might mean individual training, but many find success in camaraderie and community. We offer solutions for both.
Our classes are designed to provide general fitness to all shapes and sizes, all skill and fitness levels. Coaches provide demonstration, instruction and motivation. Movement standards are strict to ensure safety for all participants, and the intensity will ramp up throughout the hour-long class.
Our coaches have experience and knowledge that can be beneficial to motivated athletes on an individual level. If you have goals that go beyond general fitness, whether for work, sport or life, personalized training is the fastest, most direct way to reach them.

Her intensity sidelined by a nagging back and hip injury, Samie eventually underwent major surgery, and spent 12 weeks rehabilitating it through physical therapy and a customized training plan at CrossFit; she successfully competed in the 2015 CrossFit Open, contributing top scores within the gym and NorCal region, and is once again turning out record numbers in push-ups, pull-ups, and numerous weightlifting movements. She’ll be the first to say hi to you when you walk in the door, and the last person still cheering you on as you finish your workout.
A pillar of consistency and a testament to how hard work can change a person’s life, Matt began coaching at CrossFit Sonoma County in 2014. Having coached football for years, Matt not only brings motivation, but a honed skill set to efficiently work with and manage athletes in a group setting.
With dozens of CrossFit competitions under his belt, Sasha is well versed in Olympic Weightlifting among the scores of compound movements learned, practiced, and perfected at CrossFit.
Kris can often be found in the gym before everyone else shows up, no music on, finishing his third or fourth workout.
